This is being worked on, it's not that good yet. www.penguin-people.co.nr- Quackers My best one yet, with a worst host...Freewebs! www.quackers.it.tp

| 110mb isn't the best, too. I know it gives a lot of space, but you have to pay for MySql and htaccess . MySql is very important for PHP programmers that want to store data, and htaccess is useful to protect stuff and rewrite engine rules. Freewebs sucks AT ALL, Bravenet... well, no way. Quackers... I still have to make it multiplayer XD. | |

I have come upon a few hosts with no ads, PHP, mySQL, Perl, Python, etc. I, myself, own a few dedicated servers and a few vB licenses.

Can't remember them all right now, but take http://www.awesomewebspace.com/ for example... As for vB vs. IPB:I have a private IP.Board 2.3.3 setup, but I don't like it particularly. vB has a larger mods database ( vB.org), is generally easier to add mods too, has awesome support, and a better core, in my opinion. IPB has a better default style (though is more difficult to skin), and nice profiles (which have just been implemented in vB 3.7 [ newvb.com/chipit]) However, IPB is more expensive in the long run ($25/6months for support and upgrades) as opposed to vB ($30/year for upgrades and free lifetime support). I also don't like the way IPB treats their customers.

Beep beep. How do you like the sites? Ugh I hate back-seat mods. It's annoying.

| It's not back seat moderating. I'm just helping to get on topic. It's not back seat moderating, but obaying the rules. | |
